This book and its companion, The Elder-in-Training Guide , provide a comprehensive, biblical program to aid in the training of elders in the Church. These two books are based on the book The Ancients: What Does the Bible Say? by Alexander Strauch.
The alumni trainer guide is intended for the alumnus only, not those in training. Since elders are busy men, and many of them do not have the time or adequate resources to prepare to train others, this guide provides the former trainer with detailed answers. to all the questions asked in The guide of the former in training as well as practical advice.
