Long live summer! ☀️🍉🌞⛱ It's the period ideal for reading books and spending time discussing God's Word with friends. I would love to know what you are reading this summer. Let me know your recommendations. At Publications Chrétiennes, the work does not stop for the summer. We are completing several projects that will be available in September. Here is an overview of our current projects:
For years there have been very few systematic theology books available. Grudem's has been a staple for many. We can't wait for September to arrive as we bring John MacArthur's Systematic Theology to market. We are planning something special for its release and we are considering an introductory price. Stay tuned for more information! "In his ministry, John MacArthur has always emphasized preaching, revealing the truth of God by preaching the Word of God. His ministry has always been based on the doctrine carefully and systematically deduced from the Bible. If his thousands of textual sermons prove his fidelity to the task of preacher, this work proves his fidelity to the task of the theologian. Another book that enchants us is the book Sing by Keith and Kristyn Getty. They are the ones who co-wrote the song "In Jesus alone. ” In this book, Keith and Kristyn Getty present song as a vital aspect of our fellowship with God. They give us biblical, practical, gospel-centered counsel to promote song and worship in the Church as well as in our personal and family lives. They have designed this book so that it either read as a church or in a small group. We will be launching the French version of the book at the Sing! in the United States as part of the Gettys' international vision. Pending the release of the book, here are some links to some of the songs they wrote that have been translated into French. Happy listening!
With two books already published, we are happy to be working on the third book in the Building Healthy Churches series. In Church Discipline, Jonathan Leeman gives us a concise and current guide that offers theological guidance for understanding and practicing appropriate disciplinary measures in the Local church. It also includes several real-life examples and corresponding answers. Click here to learn more about this book.
