<transcy>Youth leader's guide (Guide du responsable jeunesse)</transcy>
Youth work is crucial for the Church. Do you feel concerned? Then the 7 principles developed in this book are made for you!
A youth ministry cannot be improvised. How to choose those responsible? What is their role ? How to train, equip and support them? What do they need to know to care for the young people in their care, to share the gospel with them, and to make them passionate disciples of Christ? How to approach with them such complex issues as media management, sexuality…? How to establish an educational project or an activity sheet? What relationships do we have with Church leaders and parents?
On the strength of his long experience with young people, Michel Castagno provides many answers accompanied by practical advice. This guide will be an essential tool for any leader involved in this service and for church leaders.
