Aide pour choisir un Ancien

Pour une étude en groupe ou personnelle. Très bon support qui aide à la réflexion pour savoir qui peut être ancien. La façon d'aborder en notant chaque point abordé des qualités, permet de voir pour soi d'abord et pour l'ancien plus particulièrement, à quel endroit il faut travailler. J'aime le fait que dès le début, l’auteur dit clairement que le but n'est pas tant de savoir qui est elligible, mais à quel endroit de ma vie ou de la vie du pasteur/ancien/evêque il y a du travail a faire pour mieux servir notre Seigneur. Je ne peux que recommander ce livre...
