How can a person be born a second time?

When Jesus said to Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews, "You must be born again," the latter wondered in amazement, "How can this be done? About two thousand years later, the term "born again" is still poorly understood, although a growing number of people are claiming to have had the experience.

In this little book, R. C. Sproul dispels the confusion and carefully explains what it means to be born again. He asserts that the new birth is essential for salvation and goes on to show that this regeneration is a sovereign work of God in our hearts.
