A History of the Churches of Christian Brothers in French Canada, 1926-2010
The history of Christian Brotherhood churches in French Canada, and more particularly in Quebec, is marked by several periods of change. The author draws on various documents of historical value to highlight the events and characters that marked the work of the Brotherhood movement in the province of Quebec. He adds to this his own memories he has accumulated over the many years he and his wife have spent working in Quebec.
This book aims to strengthen the faith and courage of the workers of today and tomorrow who serve the Lord in the Beautiful Province . May the knowledge of the setbacks, as well as the successes of the past, benefit them. May they remember those leaders who imparted the Word of God to them, and may they persevere in imitating their faith. May they forever submit to the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ who said, “I will build my Church. "To him be the glory!
