Valentine is a little girl who loves to talk to God. But she finds her prayers far too simple, at least not as beautiful as her daddy's. One evening, she asks him to teach her how to talk to Jesus. Her daddy then tells her the true story of Master Peter, a barber who also didn't know how to pray and didn't dare talk about it.

This barber had an old friend by the name of Martin Luther. One day, the latter went to his shop to have his beard trimmed and his hair cut. Master Peter then took his courage in both hands and asked him for advice on how to pray better. In response, Martin Luther wrote him a letter. Discovering this letter almost 500 years later, Valentine too will learn to speak to God.

Based on the true story of Martin Luther and his barber, this text teaches children to speak to God. A simple text, accompanied by beautiful illustrations, for children from 3 to 10 years old.
