Author
Louis Berkhof (1873-1957) was a pastor, theologian and teacher whose writings influenced several seminaries and Bible institutes during the twentieth century. He taught for nearly forty years at Calvin Theological Seminary, of which he became president in 1931, and he wrote more than twenty books during his career. He was best known for his spirit of synthesis and his clear explanations of basic theological concepts.

Au delà de mes attentes

On va comprendre dans ce livre tout ce qu'on lit souvent dans nos Bibles dont on ne connaît pas les concepts. C'est très clair et simple.

Ce livre de Louis Berkhof présente un résumé clair et accessible des enseignements de la Bible.
Il sera bénéfique pour tous ceux désirant personnellement s'instruire dans la Parole sans acheter des livres trop dispendieux, volumineux ou complexes.
Débutants sont les bienvenus, ainsi que les plus aguerries souhaitant avoir un bouquin rapide à consulter.
Ils disposent de courts chapitres incluant des passages bibliques supplémentaires à consulter ainsi qu'une série de question utile pour l'étude personnelle, l'étude de soirée à l'église ou encore l'étude de petit groupe.
Un excellent livre à posséder.

Un excellent livre

Ce livre de Berkhof est un excellent résumé des doctrines importantes du christianisme. Les concepts sont expliqués d’une manière que tous peuvent comprendre. Les passages donnés pour la mémorisation ainsi que les questions à la fin des chapitres permettent grandement de grandir dans la foi et ils permettent de s’assurer d’avoir bien compris les concepts mentionnés. Je conseille fortement ce livre. C’est une bénédiction que Berkhof a été traduit en français! *

Ce livre de Berkhof est un excellent résumé des doctrines importantes du christianisme. Les concepts sont expliqués d’une manière que tous peuvent comprendre. Ces passages donner pour la mémorisation ainsi que les questions à la fin de chapitre permettre grandement de grandir dans la foi et permet de s’assurer d’avoir bien compris les concepts mentionnés.
